Winner Chosen for Design of Eddie Lack’s New Pads

Eddie Lack of the Vancouver Canucks, along with Brian’s Custom Sports, recently held a contest allowing fans to design the next set of goal pads to be worn by the NHL netminder.

As part of the contest, fans were supplied a template for goal pads, blocker, and glove, and then let their imaginations go wild as they attempt to create Lack’s next set of custom gear.

In the end, over 300 entries were submitted. Out of those entries, only 6 were chosen. There were 5 finalists chosen, and then one grand prize winner.

Personally, I like the entries from Nick Hall, Brennan Rudd, and Jasmine Mourh more than I like the winning design!
