Carey Price Makes Ridiculous No Look Save
Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price is having quite the year. Besides backstopping one of the top teams in the NHL, he also leads the league in goals against average, save percentage, wins, and shutouts. Basically any important goaltending statistic, Price is at the top.
The reason he’s a league leader in all of these categories is because of saves like these.
Last night, Price played the puck behind the net against the Predators. Unfortunately, the puck bounced off the boards and directly on to the stick of Kevin Fiala who was quick to release a shot on goal. In remarkable fashion, Price slides backwards across the crease and makes a tricky save off his skate look unbelievable easy.
Carey Price is looking strong and confident in net for the Canadiens, and his team has to be even more confident with him in net. They’re going to glide into the playoffs pretty easily, and could really be a unstoppable force with goaltending like that.
