Bauer Vapor 1X OD1N Goalie Pads
Bauer’s next set of the goalie pads, the all new Bauer Vapor 1X OD1N goalie pads, have finally started to see the light of day.
Initially, there were a few leaked pictures making their way around the internet, but there is now at least one NHL goaltender who has been seen playing with the new Bauer Vapor 1X OD1N pads.
The first NHL goaltender to wear the Vapor 1X OD1N pads is Anton Khudobin from the Boston Bruins. His new Vapor 1X goalie pads are pretty basic, featuring an all-white design with a couple different yellow accents.
Beyond that, Bauer just recently unveiled the Vapor 1X OD1N pads on their very own Instagram. The pads that were shown off were actually made for New York Ranges prospect Mackenzie Skapski. Despite the unveiling, no official details were given about the pads. They didn’t even let fans know that these were the new Bauer Vapor 1X OD1N goalie pads.
At this time, we still don’t really have a lot of information to share on the new Bauer Vapor 1X OD1N pads, besides their name. We know that they will continue to incorporate OD1N technology, similar to the Supreme 1S pads, but they will be a different style.
